Summer Production 2006

The production of “Pardon me Prime Minister” by Edward Taylor and John Graham took place on 16th & 17th June.  It was directed by Audrey Thomas and showed a number of members in various stages of undress.  The red dress also appeared on three different cast members.  Audiences totalled 91 people over the two performances which was better than in recent years for plays, this was partly due to the cast encouraging people to come.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are now due.  These are £6 for adults and £3 for those in full time education.  People taking part in the pantomime who have not been members before will be asked to pay £3 for adults and £1.50 for those in full time education.  If you have not paid your subscription yet please could you do so to Claire.

The startup meeting will be on Sept 14th at 7:45pm at the Epworth Hall.  The meeting will be for adults and older children/teenagers interested in taking speaking parts who will be asked to audition for the parts they are interested in.  Anyone who is interested in helping with the technical aspects of the production is also very welcome.   There will be a separate meeting at a later date for younger children interested in taking part.  We would like to encourage new people to take part in the pantomime so bring your friends and neighbours along.
