Walk and Picnic organised by Nigel Coleman 9^th September 2007 What a lovely scenic walk Nigel Coleman took us on. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather as we went up to Beacon Hill and enjoyed a picnic lunch in front of fantastic views of the countryside. After lunch, Alan Glynne Jones pointed us in the direction of hidden treasure and we excitedly uncovered a secret geocache. The walk was rounded off nicely by an impromptu sloe picking stop – so perhaps a future event will involve some homemade wine tasting!
