Puppet Show organised

the Church Fete 7th June 2008 The Players were in full force at the Church Fete with a promotional stall to encourage new members and a fabulous puppet show.
The puppet show was created entirely by 3 junior members of the Players, who wrote the script based around the set theme of space and costumed their puppets imaginatively to give a real sense of a rocket trip to the moon. The audiences enjoyed it thoroughly, particularly when sweets were thrown out at the end.
Huge congratulations to the boys for 2 successful performances at the Fete and many thanks to them for their time and energy. When a hat was passed round at the end of each show an amazing £15 was collected for the church.
