Pride and Prejudice Theatre Trip performed by the Maskers Theatre Company 25^th July 2007 On 25^th July some of the Players went to Mottisfont Abbey to watch the Maskers Theatre Company perform Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”. It was a great performance which brought to life the characters of Lizzie and Darcy and the world of early 19^th century England. In particular, the costumes were superb and the addition of a real horse-drawn carriage was a delight.
