Minutes of the open panto production meeting Wednesday 5^th September 7.45pm Epworth Hall Present: Vicky Burden, Nigel Coleman, Alan Glynne Jones, Melanie Haydon, Sue Holligan, Rebecca Rickard, Vanessa Sharpe, Lesley Evans, Andrew Flanagan, Sue Jackson, Carolyn Ryan, Isabelle Ryan, Juliette Ryan, Trevor Ryan An open production meeting was called in order to generate a large supportive team for panto production which can be in place from the start of proceedings. Jobs were discussed and people volunteered to organise/help with certain elements of panto production. We still need more people to help in key roles and with general front of house and backstage duties. Thank you to everyone who came to the meeting and volunteered their help. Auditions will be held on Wednesday 19^th September 7.45pm in the Epworth Hall.
