of the committee meeting 15th

Rickard. Sue Spurling. Minutes of meeting held 29 August Agreed. Matters Arising After
discussion it was agreed that the Christmas get-together should be an
informal gathering following the rehearsal on Thursday 14 December. Vicky to ask if the rehearsal on that
evening could finish at 9.oopm. It was
suggested that perhaps next year there could be a get-together after
Christmas - perhaps after the pantomime. Pantomime Arrangements Sue Holligan
gave an account on arrangements to date.
After discussion ticket prices were agreed as follows: Friday
7.30pm £6. Concessions £4 Saturday 2.30
pm £5.
Children £3 Saturday 7.30
pm £6.
Concessions £4 It was agreed
that JF would send out a letter to all members specifying the areas in which
help is needed both prior to and during performances. Murder Mystery evening The date was
confirmed as Friday 28 April. Alan
Glynn Jones has said that it will be possible to accommodate all who would
like a part. David Haydon and Chris Hall are helping to write it. Summer Production After
discussion it was decided that this should be an Autumn production with
performance dates being October 12th and 13th. Vanessa Sharpe
to direct. Jo Finch to produce. Hall Lighting Improvements It was agreed
that this work should go ahead. Andrew
