of the meeting of 27 July 06 The minutes
were read and approved. 2. Matters
Arising Jo sent an
article to the Gauntlet and advert for panto startup Accounts for
2005/2006 have been audited and Mr Green has agreed to do them next year as
well. Gift to be bought. 3. Future Events Christmas party
to be 14th Dec, Sue H to find out if Poppies would be available
& price, Rebecca to check Romsey School Community centre. Members to be asked to pay £5 to attend, to
be announced at panto startup meeting and names & money to be handed in
during October to estimate likely numbers.
Members to bring a plate of food and some form of entertainment item. Improvisation
evening to be 18th Oct at 7:45 (PMN Epworth Hall has been booked) 4. Panto. Advert to
appear in Gauntlet for technician and musicians, Jo to produce. Also date to be set for meeting for
children interested in appearing in panto, poster to be put in shop. Various
pianists discussed, Sue H will ask Bridget Coleman, Claire will ask Martin
Hughes, Sue S will ask Marion. Sue S
volunteered to print script copies with Sue H has
spoken to football club re Panto week for hall use. Melanie will
email members to remind them of startup meeting. 3. AOB Travelling
Theatre details discussed but not suitable on this occasion. Next meeting 20th Sept 7:45pm
