AGM Notice NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOMBORNE PLAYERS TO BE HELD IN THE SCOUT HUT ON 8^th MAY 2008, AT 8:15PM The Annual General Meeting of the Somborne Players will take place on Thursday 8^th May at 8:15pm in the Scout Hut. The evening will begin with the meeting itself and the election of the new Committee. After this there will be refreshments. If any member wishes to put forward a new resolution or has something they wish to be discussed under any other business, please could they forward it to the Secretary by Thursday 1^st May. Members are reminded that subscriptions fall due at the AGM. They need to be paid by the end of May 2008. If you know of anyone interested in coming on to the Committee or becoming a new member of the players, please bring them along!
